Top 6 Best Television Accountants

Accountants often get a bad rap when portrayed in movies and television.  They tend to be boring, devoid of personality, weird or just socially awkward while fantasizing about pursuing a more interesting career. Alternatively they are scheming and manipulative, and are often the  device by which the rich are pushed into penury.  This is a bit unfair  as being an accountant can be both fulfilling and exciting, depending on what you do with it.  It also provides financial stability allowing for our goals and dreams to be more achievable.

Our favourite television accountants (the selection process was not overly arduous) almost all fit the stereotype in one way or another, but also have some depth or at least are very funny.
